My Story — and How It Shapes the Way I Work With Athletes
I’ve spent my whole life loving sports.

Growing up, athletics were where I learned discipline, built confidence, and felt the most alive. I wasn’t the most naturally gifted athlete, so I became obsessed with the small things that actually make a difference—energy, recovery, strength, consistency, and nutrition. Once I realized how much nutrition could change the way I performed and felt, I was hooked.

Today, I’m a Registered Dietitian who helps athletes and active individuals perform and feel their best. Whether you’re training regularly, competing, or simply trying to feel stronger and more confident in your body, my goal is to help you use nutrition as a practical tool to support your training — without overcomplicating it.

Alongside my private practice, I also work within the healthcare system, which helps ground my coaching in evidence-based, real-world practice.
My approach is simple: practical guidance, no judgment, real results, and strategies that fit your lifestyle.

I work best with athletes who:
-
Train consistently and care about performance
-
Try to eat well, but feel unsure what actually matters
-
Are overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice
-
Want simple, evidence-based guidance they can stick to

If you want to train better, recover faster, unlock your potential, and finally understand how to fuel your body properly, I’d love to help you get there.
